Assembly - 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling automotive components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions and specifications

  • Operate basic hand tools and production equipment

  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Meet production goals and maintain efficiency standards

  • Keep work area clean and organized (5S)

  • Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (not required)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, bending, and using hands for repetitive tasks throughout shift

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime as required
