Cook – Omelet Station
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Cook to manage our Omelet Station, delivering made-to-order breakfast dishes with precision, speed, and a smile. The ideal candidate has strong culinary fundamentals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of egg-based dishes to guest specifications, maintaining a clean and organized station, and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare omelets and other egg dishes to order at a live cooking station
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Restock ingredients and keep station organized throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless breakfast service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a breakfast or short-order cook role preferred
- Strong knife and sauté skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
