We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in injection molding environments. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (hydraulic, electric, and/or hybrid)
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose mold, press, robot, and auxiliary equipment issues
Maintain hot runners, chillers, dryers, conveyors, robots, and material handling systems
Support mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Perform root cause analysis on machine downtime and implement corrective actions
Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and plant procedures
Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS
Collaborate with production, engineering, and tooling teams
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
3–4 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding or plastics manufacturing environment (required)
Strong knowledge of:
Injection molding presses (e.g., Engel, Arburg, Husky, Nissei, Milacron, etc.)
Hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting
Robotics and automation (preferred)
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Basic PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and climb during shift
