Maintenance Technician

A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in injection molding is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support mold changes and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Injection molding experience strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must have excellent attendance and a strong commitment to safety.

Compensation
$33 - $38 per hour
