Quality Technician - 1st shift

Join Our Team as a Quality Tech!

A leading automotive company based in Charlotte, MI, is seeking a talented Quality Tech to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production floor quality checks, audits, and inspections.

  • Prepare PPAP documentation and assist in Control Plans, PFMEAs, and process validations.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and APQP teams.

  • Conduct DOE and statistical analyses as needed.

  • Maintain and calibrate all gages and quality equipment.

  • Track and resolve quality issues: NCRs, MDRs, CCNs, and CARs.

  • Review, store, and maintain quality records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, and quality systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation.
