Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the HR Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with employee records, onboarding, and daily HR operations for a high-volume workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager
  • Maintain employee files, attendance, and HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding and interview scheduling
  • Track timekeeping and support payroll documentation
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with policies
  • Communicate with supervisors and production staff
  • Handle confidential information professionally

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; HR/admin experience preferred
  • Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience a plus
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

Additional Info

  • Schedule: 8:00a - 4:30p
  • Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/HR
  • Temporary role with possible extension
